Bremen`s municipal authorities won a lawsuit against the German Football League on police charges for risk-playing matches in the Bundesliga. The Bremen City Court overturned a lower court decision, as the German Football League had to cover the bulk of the cost of police guarding matches adviced by arbitrage betting with potential danger of over-the-top fights.
On Saturday there is exactly such a match - the North Derby between Werder and Hamburger.
The Bremen police sent regular receipts to the German Football League, but the League challenged this practice in court.
