Sasuolo turned Empoly

Sassuolo defeated Empoli in the first round of Serie A in the 5th round. The hosts of Sita del tricolore made a 3:1 lead. They first got a goal in their door, but then they got tired and made a complete turn to get the three points. The meeting started very badly for the hosts. Leonardo Kapezzi advanced on the right in the 1 st minute and tried a pass that rebounded into a defender and fell into Francesco Caputo, who scored a 0-1 lead. Sassuolo, however, reacted well and in the 13th minute he managed to equalize. Kevin-Prince Boateng received a pass around the penalty area and knocked the ball into the net for 1:1.

At the beginning of the second half, a complete turnaround took place. Then, after cornering from corner corner, Jan Marco Ferrari headed for 2:1.

In the 71st minute the guests stayed in a reduced hand after Miha Zajic was sent off with a second yellow card because of a simulation attempt for a penal penalty in the hosts` field.

In the 85th minute the green-blacks decided everything with a third goal. Paul Lirola advanced to the right wing and landed for Federico Di Francesco, who scored fifth with a beautiful goal for the final from contact with surebets 3:1. So Sassuolo returned to the winning road and again came out in second place in the 10-point ranking. Empoli has 4 consecutive games without success and goes down to the table, being in the 16th position with 4 points
